Permit Forms

An application for permit player needs to be submitted for each permit player on stage with your band.  An application for an emergency permit will be required for an unplanned permit player.

Seating Plans

Seating plans are required for all bands.  These are submitted via an upload link, NOT via email.  The upload link is available on the form itself.  Please see the exemplar for how to complete these forms if you are not sure.

Note the naming standard required for file submissions, to ensure identification of your submission:

  • Band Grade  and Type - Band Name - Seating Plan
    • Example 1:  Open C Grade Concert - Platypus Winds - Seating Plan
    • Example 2:  Open Premier Grade Brass - Echidna Municipal Band - Seating Plan

 

 

Own Choice Music Submission

Own choice music submissions are required for all bands and ensembles.  These are submitted via an upload link, NOT via email.  The upload link is available on the form itself.

Note the naming standard required for file submissions, to ensure identification of your submission:

  • Band Name – Band Grade - Event that the score is for – Score Title
    • EXAMPLE 1:  Echidna Brass - C Grade Brass - Own Choice - Dark Side of the Moon
    • EXAMPLE 2:  Kangaroo Concert Band - A Grade Concert - Hymn - Abide With Me
    • EXAMPLE 3: Koala Brass - D Grade Brass - Stage March – Slaidburn
    • EXAMPLE 4: Platypus Winds - C Grade Concert - Own Choice - Lakeside Variations
    • EXAMPLE 5: Wombat Brass – D Grade Brass – Street March - Invercargill
    • EXAMPLE 6: Meerkat Winds – A Grade Concert – Music Summary Form
  • Event Name that the score is for - Band Name - Ensemble Name – Score Title
    • Example:  Open Brass Quintet - Eucalyptus Brass - The Gumleaf Crew - Pachelbel's Canon in D Minor

IMPORTANT: Scores MUST be clean with NO identifying marks, please ensure bars are numbered and scanned/saved as PDF in the
CORRECT orientation to be viewed digitally. Any scores that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will require resubmission.

 

Player Registration and Declaration Forms

Players are required to be registered and a declaration of players must be submitted.
